Sarah Chen trained under Thomas Keller and opened Bramble in 2019. She sources directly from Texas farms and changes the menu weekly.

Our story

Bramble opened in 2019 with a simple idea: cook what's in season, source locally, and let the ingredients lead. Chef Sarah Chen trained under Thomas Keller before returning to Austin to build a neighborhood restaurant that feels both elevated and approachable.
